Programs

As a culture, we invest a huge amount of time, energy and money to gain knowledge and develop our thinking skills, but we are rarely taught to investigate the mechanism that’s actually doing the thinking – the mind.

This introductory session starts participants on the road to mindful leadership with an understanding of what happens to our brain when we get stressed and how we can reverse that effect to access greater focus and creativity. The session is experiential and includes basic practices and tips that participants can begin to use immediately. This is a great way to start and perfect for gauging interest in a fuller training program.

Invest in sustainable skills for your team with a tailored program specific to your organisation. Programs may run anywhere from two to ten hours, through half or one day workshops or weekly sessions, depending on the areas of need.
