Jodie is a qualified lawyer, mindfulness trainer, and experienced consultant. Jodie works with local government, schools, law firms and corporate organisations to teach the skills of mindfulness and develop the self-awareness underpinning the qualities of mindful leadership.

Having previously worked for many years as a human rights lawyer and mediator, leading a team of lawyers and conciliators at the Australian Human Rights Commission, and then as an executive coach specialising in mindfulness, she is committed to fostering potential and bringing out the best in people.

Jodie is currently running mindfulness for innovation workshops across Australia for the Commonwealth Bank and is teaching in the community organisation Dress for Success, helping women in need to find employment. She has also recently been invited to provide ongoing professional development for the College of Law.

Jodie is a qualified meditation teacher, and accredited mindfulness trainer with both Oxford University’s Mindfulness in Schools Project in England and the esteemed Gawler Foundation in Australia. Jodie writes the blog on mindfulness for the well known Wellbeing Magazine as well as articles on mindfulness for local magazines and papers. She will shortly be joining some of the world’s best meditation and mindfulness teachers on the popular app Insight Timer.
